Ideally yes. To book tickets click the ‘Book’ button on the top right of the page or via the buttons throughout the website. We welcome walk-ins but will be based on current capacity for the day. Please pre-book to avoid disappointment!

When you receive your booking confirmation email, you’ll also receive a link to sign a waiver.

Please note that everyone entering KIX (playing or spectating) needs to sign a waiver prior to arriving.

Children under 6 are not permitted to enter The Street, but they are more than welcome in the cafe/bar or to participate on the pitch at the appropriate sessions.

Children aged 6 to 11 need to be accompanied by a full paying adult when playing in The Street. Adults can either play or spectate.

Children aged 11 to 16 can play without supervision, but an adult is required to be on site in the cafe/bar.

Prams & pushchairs are not permitted on The Street, but they are more than welcome in the cafe/bar, or pitch side.

People who do not wish to play but are accompanying others can make use of the other facilities. If you’d like to enter The Street with others but not take part, you’ll need to purchase a spectator ticket.

No, we have plenty of footballs to use.

Trainers only for the street please. No studs or blades. If playing on the 3G pitch, you can use moulded football boots or astro turf trainers only, but again, no studs or blades. Entry will not be permitted if you are wearing the wrong footwear.

Yes. Cash, card or Apple/Google pay are all accepted.

We have a series of rules and a code of conduct to ensure the experience is enjoyable, and safe for all. Our staff will take you through a full briefing before you begin your session at KIX.

You’re welcome to take photos and videos inside the venue. We ask that you respect the privacy of others, and do not film other people without their consent.

We do not have a cloakroom. Please note we take no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items left unattended.

If you wish to purchase alcohol whilst inside and are lucky enough to look under 25, then please ensure you bring ID to avoid disappointment.

Yes! We have limited car parking on-site. We also have disabled spaces for badge holders along with space to drop off.

If our car park is full, we kindly ask that you consider using nearby car parks or street parking options. There are several public car parks within walking distance but please be mindful of parking regulations on the surrounding streets to avoid any fines or inconvenience.
